BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving Webinar

Family dementia caregivers are essential partners in the healthcare team. This webinar will share real-life experiences, and introduce the “Caregivers As Partners in Care Teams” (CAP-CT) curriculum for healthcare providers. We’ll hear from South Carolina and Oklahoma about their current provider and caregiver curricula, and how CAP-CT may support this work.
