The NYU BOLD PHCOE on Early Detection is led by a team of experts from the NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s Departments of Medicine and Population Health, Keck USC Department of Family Medicine, and the University of Washington.


The Center’s team members have tremendous knowledge of and experience in healthy aging, brain health, Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias, screening for cognitive impairment, as well as in public health promotion, implementation science, and social determinants of health. Our team members have extensive experience developing national and local stakeholder partnerships that have been key in their community-engaged research and dissemination. Our team has convened to apply their collective expertise to develop, implement, and sustain evidence-informed approaches to dementia detection, diagnosis, and care management for diverse communities.
