Dementia Care Aware offers monthly online cognitive health assessment (CHA) training, led by our partners at the Alzheimer’s Association.
Training includes:
- An Overview of Dementia
- Review Screening Tools
- How To Conduct a Cognitive Health Assessment
- Team-based Implementation Strategies
By completing this training, you can be certified to bill for Medi-Cal reimbursable cognitive health assessments. Eligible trainees can also claim 1 CE/CME credit.
